In this sectior DMC works mainly for private clients whose highest priority is to get the new project operational in the shortest possbile time. And if the project involves renovations or expansions, the continuity of current operating processes must also be guaranteed. So the design must create all the conditions for constructible solutions and short construction time.
Interface management is an important aspect of the design process. Projects for industry are multidisciplinary by nature because of the industrial processes involved. Coordination with areas other than concrete structures, from the initial design stage through to completion, is essential because all the design processes of the different disciplines areas - pipework, concrete and steel structures, electrical installations need to be incorparated into one design.
