BAM Nuttall joint venture wins Central Enabling Works Contract for High Speed Two

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 17 November 2016 - BAM Nuttall Ltd has been awarded the Central Enabling Works Contract for High Speed Two (HS2) as part of a joint venture. The contract will be worth up to £100 million to the company over a period of four years.

South-Korea’s POSCO E&C is the main contractor to deliver the Costa Norte LNG Terminal for AES Corporation from the US, one of the world’s leading power companies.

ProRail commissions BAM for new rail station Driebergen-Zeist contract

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 16 August 2016 - ProRail has awarded the contract for the renovation of the Driebergen-Zeist station area (which is located east of Utrecht) to BAM. BAM will start construction activities in the spring of 2017. The contract value is approximately €90 million.

BAM’s contract with EDF signals a worldwide first for leading edge Gravity Base Foundation solutions

Camberley, 7 June 2016 - BAM has achieved a worldwide first having been awarded a contract to design, fabricate and install five full-size gravity base foundations for wind turbines off the Northumberland coast. The contract has been awarded to BAM by EDF Energy Renewables via SPV Blyth Offshore Demonstrator Ltd and utilises leading edge technology, the first of its kind to be built in the world.

BAM to design and construct new mega cruise pier in Curaçao

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 14 April 2016 – BAM International, the operating company of Royal BAM Group active outside Europe, has won the contract to design and construct Mega Cruise Pier II in Curaçao. BAM International is a specialist near-shore product global constructor. The contract value amounts to US$29 million (€25 million). This project is part of the total development of US$43 million (€38 million) that Curaçao Ports Authority N.V. is realising with ‘Rif Seaport Curaçao’- Masterplan 2014-2016. The plan is of importance for the further growth of cruise tourism to Curaçao.
