On the 4th and 5th of November the Innovation days 2009 were organised by different Dutch governmental organisations. At this event the first issue of “Building with Nature” projects was presented.

The contractor Odebrecht has completed the Xbloc shore protection of the Cinta Costera, Panama. The shore protection was completed 18 months after the first Xblocs were cast. A total of 25,000 Xblocs have been placed

In May 2009, the Eco Xblocs at IJmuiden were shown to the Dutch Public on TV Noord-Holland; in the program Noord-Holland rond in 360 graden.

The Xbloc Project of Caladh Mor has won the 2008 Irish Concrete Society Award on the 28th of March in Dublin, Ireland.
26 March 2009 | 20 Years Delta Marine Consultants Singapore
Delta Marine Consultants has worked in Asia from the start but established on office in Singapore in 1989. This 20 year milestone was celebrated on March 20 with a seminar organised for clients and partners from Singapore and beyond. Mr. William van Niekerk, MD of DMC parent BAM Infraconsult together with 2 other colleagues flew over to address the audience together with presentations from Singapore staff.
